Summary
충남 청양에서 약방을 하던 아버지 덕에 쌀밥을 먹고 사는 넉넉한 집이었다. 장날이면 사람들로 북적이고 방석 밑에는 돈이 쌓였으며 마루엔 참외가 그득했다. 그러나 정직하고 순한 아버지에게 도장 파는 낯선 남자가 찾아오면서 집안에 그림자가 드리운다.
