Summary
죽산에서 구멍가게를 하다 남편의 술 때문에 접고, 몰래 모은 쌀 아흔 가마마저 잃은 일이 나온다. 이후 매화리와 여주에서 농사를 지으며 버티다 병든 남편 곁을 떠나 1990년 이천으로 나온다.
